According to twitter user who posted this some hours ago. It involves a car and a bike rider in an accident on the 3rd mainland Bridge yesterday night, March 14, 2020.
The twitter user who didn't state exactly what happened really but asked the public to help find the two men who happens to be on the run after the accident happened.
The rider, according to the poster has a leg fracture after the accident and he is laying helplessly on the bridge.

The poster also mentioned that the rider is at the point of death where he was abandoned by those two men.
Inorder to find these two men we need this information spread if this is the only humanitarian work you can do so as to help the rider.
